Arctic Fox Technologies previews the Super Mouse, a multifunction mouse featuring a 3.1-inch touchscreen under the hand to deliver customizable shortcuts, macros, and productivity tools tailored to active software.

Arctic Fox Technologies has introduced the Super Mouse, a new type of multifunction mouse that integrates a compact 3.1-inch touchscreen beneath the user’s hand. Instead of a traditional maze of physical programmable buttons, this device aims to provide adaptable shortcut controls and macros through a touch interface positioned front and center alongside standard mouse features like buttons, a scroll wheel, and two customizable hyper keys.

The Super Mouse’s touchscreen offers a resolution of 720 x 720 pixels and can display up to 16 shortcuts in a "Control Panel." This panel dynamically changes to present relevant app-specific functions, such as editing and playback shortcuts when using Adobe Premiere, helping users streamline workflows based on the software in use. For unrecognized or custom workflows, users can define touchscreen functions and macros via the company’s Flow desktop app.

Additional touchscreen capabilities include syncing with Google Calendar for event and meeting reminders, focus timers, productivity tracking, and voice-to-text input processed locally on the device. The mouse also features a built-in gyroscope that allows users to control slideshows or scrub video content by tilting or moving the mouse itself.
