Supernatural VR Fitness Game Relaunches with New Workouts and Features

Supernatural, the popular VR workout app, has relaunched independently in Early Access on the Meta Horizon Store with remastered workouts and plans for weekly new content, a companion app, and enhanced social features.

Supernatural, the well-known virtual reality fitness game, has returned with a relaunch as an independently operated app after previously being developed under Meta's ownership. Despite earlier announcements that Meta would cease creating new Supernatural content, the game has spun off to continue its development and is now available as an Early Access preview on the Meta Horizon Store starting today.

The relaunch includes thousands of “remastered” workouts from the original catalog, alongside new routines. Pricing has increased from the previous $9.99 monthly subscription to $20 per month or $200 annually for access. Beginning next week, Supernatural plans to release new workouts every single week, ensuring fresh content for users.

Additional enhancements are planned for the coming weeks and months. Fans can expect the return of popular back-catalog workouts, alongside new music tracks, higher-definition scenic destinations, and additional features. One notable upcoming capability is "Supernatural Together," a social workout mode rebuilt from scratch to improve interactive experiences.

The developers are also introducing a mobile companion app designed to help users track their workout progress, monitor heart rate data, and stay connected outside the VR headset experience. This companion app aims to deepen engagement and provide more comprehensive fitness tracking.

For users of the original Supernatural version, data migration is supported through December 3rd. Players can transfer key data such as points, start dates, streaks, favorite workouts, and badges to the new app. To reward early adopters of the relaunched platform, the company is offering “founding member” incentives starting with a custom virtual bat avatar, with additional rewards planned during the Early Access period.

This relaunch represents a fresh chapter for Supernatural as it continues to evolve its VR fitness offerings independently, focusing on expanded content, improved social interaction, and enhanced tracking tools to support users’ health and exercise goals.
