Amazon-owned Bee launches Bee Frontier wearable and compact Bee Eclipse recorder to capture and summarize conversations, integrate with Alexa and Amazon services, starting at $74.99.

Amazon's AI-focused wearable maker Bee, now under Amazon's ownership, has introduced two new personal AI devices aimed at enhancing everyday productivity by capturing and summarizing spoken conversations. Announced on October 15, 2026, the new products—Bee Frontier and Bee Eclipse—mark Bee's first device launch since the acquisition.

The Bee Frontier is a versatile device that users can wear on their wrist or clip to clothing. Priced at $74.99, it comes in three colors: Onyx, Lavender, and Sage. This device offers IP67 water resistance, up to seven days of battery life, USB-C charging, and features dual microphones with advanced noise reduction technology.

Complementing the Frontier is the Bee Eclipse, a credit-card-sized recorder designed to magnetically attach to the back of a smartphone. It will be available in Silver, Midnight, Honey, and Blush for $99.99. This smaller device competes with similar AI-recorders on the market at a more affordable price point.

Both devices harness AI to process and summarize conversations, enabling users to capture important details such as meeting times or care plans, which the AI can convert into actionable tasks like calendar invites or to-do lists. Basic conversation summaries and 14 days of memory are free features.

For expanded capabilities, Bee offers a subscription tier, Bee Pro, costing $11.99 per month. Subscribers receive unlimited conversation summaries, integrations with Alexa, Amazon.com shopping, and third-party apps, plus enhanced features like suggested to-dos, daily memories, personal chat assistance, and conversation templates.

Privacy is a focus for Bee devices: audio is processed in real time and deleted immediately; transcripts are encrypted with user-controlled keys, preventing access by Amazon employees or others unless explicitly shared by the user.

Users can optionally link Bee devices to Alexa-enabled Echo devices with Voice ID to record their voice-triggered conversations and access insights hands-free. Integration with common productivity tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook allows Bee to draft emails, schedule meetings, and highlight actionable items automatically.

Additional integrations include the ability to upload photos and connect with Apple’s HealthKit, allowing wellness data to be factored into personal insights.

Both devices feature a single button for power control and a light indicator when actively summarizing. They come with newly redesigned companion mobile and desktop apps to manage data and settings.

The Bee Frontier is available now via Amazon, while the Bee Eclipse will follow soon. This product launch underscores Amazon's investment in personal AI wearables designed to streamline everyday tasks through voice-driven technology.
