Floqer offers an autonomous AI-powered platform that continuously researches and updates customer data for B2B sales teams, cutting prospecting time by up to 70%. The startup plans to open-source its customer knowledge database in early 2027.

Floqer, a startup founded in 2024 by Shivam Mahajan and Zaaheda Islam, introduces an autonomous customer knowledge platform designed to streamline research for business-to-business sales and marketing teams. Their AI-powered database continuously collects, organizes, and refreshes detailed information about prospective customers to minimize manual work. According to TechCrunch's coverage at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, Floqer’s system employs a fleet of AI agents that scour diverse sources—including company websites, job boards, LinkedIn, and over 100 third-party data providers—to build and enrich lists of relevant companies and contacts. This includes verifying emails and phone numbers using a sequential "waterfall" approach until suitable data is found.

Floqer addresses a common obstacle in sales operations: the time-intensive task of identifying potential clients and maintaining accurate contact and company records. Customers have reported that utilizing Floqer reduces prospecting time by as much as 70%. Moreover, the platform monitors web changes continuously, updating the database to reflect job changes, promotions, or new funding rounds within target companies.

Initially offering a Chrome extension named “Super Chat” that helped users understand and organize sales information, the founders pivoted upon discovering enterprise demand for automating CRM data cleaning and upkeep. Now, Floqer supports over 1,000 customers—including Perplexity, Wise, and AngelList—and has surpassed $1.2 million in annual recurring revenue, with approximately tenfold revenue growth in the past year.

Highlighting customer interest in customization and data ownership, Floqer plans to open-source the autonomous customer knowledge database technology by early 2027, pending completion of security reviews to safeguard sensitive information. This open-source release aims to expand access beyond the limited availability constrained by the startup's current support capacity.

Floqer has raised $2 million in pre-seed financing from investors including Perplexity’s F7 Fund and Tidal Venture Partners. The company currently employs eight people and envisions empowering sales teams to create centralized growth platforms by leveraging continuously updated and autonomous AI research capabilities.
