The GSMA and UNDP have announced a partnership to support African-led AI solutions, including AI for African languages.

The GSMA and the United Nations Development Programme have announced a partnership to strengthen Africa’s AI ecosystem. Their announcement says the collaboration will support the deployment of African-led AI solutions, including African language AI.

The partnership brings together the GSMA’s mobile industry expertise and networks with UNDP’s development programmes and innovation platforms.
