TechCrunch Founder Summit 2026, a focused one-day event for startup founders and investors, will take place November 4 in Boston, featuring sessions on fundraising, AI-native startups, and leadership.

TechCrunch announced the upcoming Founder Summit 2026, scheduled for November 4 at the SoWa Power Station in Boston. This event is designed as a comprehensive, one-day gathering to connect startup founders at all stages with leading venture capitalists and seasoned entrepreneurs. Unlike the larger Disrupt event, Founder Summit is smaller and more hands-on, aiming to provide tactical guidance on building and scaling companies.

The agenda heavily emphasizes critical topics such as fundraising strategies, building AI-native companies, and leadership development. Key sessions will include insights from Steve Fredette, Co-founder of Toast, on maintaining relevance amid changing technologies; Chase Garbarino, CEO of HqO, sharing experiences growing a category-defining company outside Silicon Valley; and Lior Div, CEO of 7AI, discussing what it means to build a company fundamentally based on AI rather than simply incorporating AI features.

Other sessions focus on practical venture concerns, featuring talks on finding product-market fit before scaling by Bessemer Venture Partners’ Kent Bennett; evaluating investors beyond valuation impact by Cogent Security CEO Vineet Edupuganti; and a framework for identifying promising startups from TDK Ventures’ Tina Tosukhowong.

The event also includes interactive elements like the popular 'So You Think You Can Pitch?' competition, where early-stage startups pitch to a panel of judges, receiving valuable feedback. Networking opportunities via the Braindate app will facilitate connections between investors and founders and peer collaboration.

Founder Summit week (November 1-7) extends the experience with side events, and there is an opportunity for attendees to host their own events. Ticket pricing varies by category, with discounts available before October 16, and opportunities for free attendance through volunteering.

Organizers position Founder Summit as the ideal event for founders looking to delve deeply into the mechanics of company building, from fundraising and hiring to leadership, all within an active community of experienced practitioners and investors. More information and ticket registration are available on TechCrunch’s official site.
